RAYMOND BROTHERS

The Raymond Brothers building was built in 1885 and is the site of Lincoln's first wholesale grocery. Working with developers, Sinclair Hille Architects transformed this aging structure into condominiums with modern amenities.

CANDY FACTORY

This 60,000 square foot warehouse structure in Lincoln’s Historic Haymarket District was the former Russell Stover Candy Factory. Sinclair Hille Architects provided Architectural Design services for the renovation and conversion of this early 20th century-warehouse into retail and office space.
